How To Avoid 4WD Accidents

Statistics show an alarming rate of accidents happen from trying to stand on a towball or tongue to access the rear of a vehicle. Worse, factory made steps are often inaccessible due to wheels and number plate brackets. But the Safe-T-Step eliminates all of these problems. This stable and safe step is quite wide. Due to the width of the step, your stance and weight are more evenly distributed and (unlike factory steps) you aren't thrust up against the rear of the vehicle. The step allows you to obtain what you need from your racks with ease and actually turn and pivot without losing your balance!

If your towball is under your vehicle (as it often is with a utility that has a tray back), extensions are available for standard and Hayman Reece type bars to extend the step out beyond the back of the vehicle.

If you need to use your towbar and don't want to keep having to remove and refit the Safe-T-Step, a hinged adaptor is also available to suit normal tow balls and pintle type hooks.
