My first encounter
My first encounter with Ron & team at Motorcare has been completely excellent. Reasonably complex issues with a 2005 Paj, they immediately identified the problems (I delivered the non-startable car to them on a flat-bed) and set to work. Kept me informed, and I elected for further work on the (ahem!) rusted rear suspension, and they did a magnificent job. I am a 100%+ satisfied cleint, and to prove it, they snuck a yellow Motorcare sticker on my back window, and I HAVEN’T RIPPED IT OFF! I will wear it with pride. Well done!

I was fascinated to see how useful the internet would be to solve a " diagnostic dilemma". I am a doctor in Melbourne and on several occasions when we have had a critically ill patient with an unusual or rare problem we have not hesitated to put out a help call on the internet. The reply can be very fast and on one specific occasion saved the person’s life. My car was not as critical but extremely frustrating. You were spot on when you mentioned the TX valve. When I received your reply I went to the Toyota workshop and it was fixed in a day. I would like to personally thank you for your accurate and quick response.

I picked up the Kaymar bumper,swing away tire carrier, swing away Jerry can carrier, and the HJ 60 fuel tank in Montreal. I am writing to thank you for flawless execution of my order.
