Powered by the very successful L series engine, the power output is not always sufficient for every application - be it towing, hauling heavy loads or safer overtaking.

A DTS Turbosystem, manufactured by Dynamic Turbocharger Services Pty Ltd (the largest supplier/repairer of turbochargers in the southern hemisphere) can ensure an increase in performance to match the generous carrying and towing ratings provided by the manufacturer.

DTS have paid particular attention to a great many details In developing the Toyota Hilux Turbosystem to ensure that it's superior to all others available in the marketplace today.

These include:

• Mitsubishi TD04 Turbocharger - this turbocharger is superior to the opposition as it is readily repairable, more responsive, provides more horsepower, more torque operates over a broader RPM range and thus provides lower emissions.
• High temp, high quality iron exhaust manifold.
• High flow cast alloy and moulded rubber air ducting (none of that plastic stuff!)
• Designed to suit all standard accessories such as aircon, dual batteries etc
• Braided Stainless Steel oil and water lines.
• Simple connection to standard exhaust system. Many components manufactured in house to reduce reliance on outside sub-contractors.
